French cuisine will be served with a big influence of traditional dishes found in Burgundy.
Our English Head chef, Edward Boarland, spent 4 years in France working in Michelin starred restaurants learning the French techniques.
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented brigade of chefs.
The ideal candidate will need to be motivated and have a positive attitude, attention to detail and a passion for exceeding customer’s expectations is essential.
An excellent command of English.
