Chef de Partie working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in Berkshire gastropub, live in available
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join us at our local The Greyhound, Finchampstead.
You’ll work with the head chef and team to deliver fresh, seasonal, quality dishes beautifully presented, something to be proud to deliver to our customers. We have regular specials running alongside our a la carte menu, themed evenings all showcasing the very best that we offer.
Our head chef has a proven track record in training and developing his team and there will be plenty of opportunity to learn new skills as well as being able to have an input in the dishes that we include in our daily specials.

Who are we, anyway?
We’re Metropolitan Pub Company (or Metro Pub Co for short). We’re part of Greene King, but they leave us to it. We’re big believers in local pubs being just that, with their own character and charm. We’ve got 67 pubs in and around London: neighbourhood locals, city pubs and foodie ones. They’re all different – run by their managers, not a boardroom – and we like it that way.
