We are a group of Dementia Care Homes in Southbourne (Bournemouth), Central Poole, Branksome (Poole) & in Lower Parkstone (Poole) who do things a bit differently from most care homes!

We are currently looking to recruit Registered General Nurses (RGN) (Full or Part Time) for our specialist Elderly Care Units, Poole.

Our Birds Hill Nursing Home, is an exclusive residential and specialist elderly care Nursing Home in the heart of Poole. Following recent reconfiguration Birds Hill is now run and managed by Luxurycare, a local expert in the provision of high quality care, where we take pride in the quality of our services and the skill and dedication of our staff teams..

Our residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible and as a participating employee you will be playing a key role in making this happen.

You will be a first level registered nurse who enjoys working in this specialist area, experience would be great however if you have a willingness and aptitude to learn and forward your career in this environment then we really would like to hear from you.

We offer comprehensive induction, mentorship and training. There will be opportunities for professional development, supervision and the ability to participate in the delivery of high quality services for the right people. We provide extensive in-house training of the very highest quality as well as a comprehensive 4 day Dementia Training Course that you will not be offered anywhere else!

Also unlike most providers of care WE DO NOT CHARGE you for the excellent training you will receive as long as you give us at least 8 weeks notice of your intention to leave our employment to give us the chance to recruit to your post!!

We reward loyalty and commitment and recognise that our staff are our greatest resource. Our staff have opportunities for progression and development and receive excellent support to help them to do their job as effectively as possible.

Please call Xiomara Avalos on 07826 073607 if you would like to find out more about the post being advertised & to request an application form.
