Salary - £18,000-£20,000


Mimosa is looking for an experienced Deli / Food Service Supervisor / Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate should have a love of food and a great knowledge of wine and French and Spanish cuisine. It would be ideal if you are based in South London as this is where we are based. 


At Mimosa we make some of the London’s tastiest freshly prepared homemade meals; all from our counters in Herne Hill and Vauxhall.  We are family run and Mimosa is a welcoming and friendly local environment to enjoy a freshly made Cappuccino and delicious patisserie or snack; eat in the cafe or in our outdoor patio.

·         We have a team of 8 front of house staff in a 7 day a week operation.


·         Computer literate.


·         Our shop is on show to the customer and high standards of cleaning, tidiness and presentation are important Weekend working is a must.


·         Our busiest days are Saturday and Sunday and that’s when we need our star workers.




·         Salary £18,000 - £21,000 (depending on experience).


·         On Duty meals.


·         Training and advancement possibilities.  We are opening new Stores and we want you to grow with us! 


·         Salary paid into bank account.


·         Monthly food & staff training including cheese, meat and wine nights.
