We are looking for an enthusiastic, honest and friendly person for our fast growing office rental company.

OUTLINE OF THE ROLE

You will need to answer calls and take enquiries.

You will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors to the building; therefore you will be in charge of maintaining a good relationship with them and answer their queries in a friendly and professional manner.

You will be helping to find new tenants and providing administrative support to our existing team members to eventually manage your own space.

REQUIREMENTS:

- you must be computer literate and be able to use Excel and Word

- you must have a positive attitude and ability to be proactive

- you must be fluent in English

- you must be well organized

- you must be available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

- you must be willing to be self-employed

The hourly wage is 8.00, which will be increased after the first three months provided the candidate proves to be hard-working, honest, proactive, and with good attitude to work and colleagues, all of which are essential attributes for this role.

You will get 40 guaranteed hours per week plus commission earned from office space rental.
