Front of House Concierge Team Member

Our Concierge team members are the first point of contact for a member upon entering the Club, and so they play a crucial role in demonstrating the exceptional standards and values which we at Third Space live and breathe by.
If you’re a passionate, enthusiastic and charismatic individual able to deliver premium 5 star service then we are looking for you. It’s very important that we provide a great journey experience for our customers and ensure that their expectations are always met, if not exceeded. We are therefore seeking a reliable, organised, passionate and engaging individual able to provide a professional service from a warm welcome to a fond farewell for our members.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached.
The role will also include Duty Management shifts, and an opportunity for the individual to showcase their skills in managing other departments during their shift.
Our Club is fast-paced so you’ll need to work well under pressure and will be responsible for ensuring that a professional level of service is delivered at all times. Within this requirement, you will need to be fully conversant with every offering within the club, including the group exercise timetable.
As a Concierge Team Member you’ll also need to work a mixture of shifts which involve opening the club as early as 05:15 and closing as late as 23:30, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
