Front of House Manager Required.
Fantastic opportunity for a catering professional to join an expanding multi site catering company. Initially the position will be at a golf club concession that has a number of different aspects that include, banqueting and weddings, restaurant and golfers meals. You will be able to join the team and have a input into all aspects of the service and also help in the redesign of the restaurant so you will be able to add your own personality to this stunning venue. Duties will include leasing with customers and helping them with their bookings, management of all the front of house staff and overseeing the kitchens and ensuring that the dishes meet the approved standard, budgeting, forward planning events and the busy periods in the restaurant, staff training and all other aspects of managing a busy catering business.
You will also be expected to spend time learning the systems of the coffee shop and cafe as to help the existing management team. This side of the business will be going through dramatic changes later this year with a full refurbishment and concept change. The ideal candidate will have input into the business as this will then become the flagship operation I am looking for someone that has the vision to help me turn both businesses into a success.
The position being offered requires candidates with experience and due to the locality of the businesses you should be a driver with constant access to a vehicle.
The company is owned by an experienced caterer with vast experience in luxury establishments throughout the world and is very much a hands on owner that focuses on the kitchen and food. The company is looking to expand over the coming years and this would be an ideal time to join at senior management level and help shape its future.
