Ellis Mack Recruitment is working with a high volume, 4 star luxury Hotel resort looking to recruit for a Floor Manager.
This multi faceted operation combines luxury Hotel accommodation, fine dining facilities, a brasserie style operation and extensive conference banqueting facilities. The business has grown from a 16 bedroom guest house to a resort now comprising two 4 star hotels with 85 rooms, thirty 5 star self-catering luxury lodges, three iconic restaurants, a shop, two leisure clubs with pools, a destination spa, an outdoor adventure centre and a children's 'Playbarn.'
As a Floor Manager, you will:
- Have great food and beverage knowledge in order to lead their service team and deliver exceptional service
- Have real pride passion for what you do with the ability to build a rapport and relationships with our members to create lasting memories and guest experiences
- Work closely with the senior management team to ensure maximum service delivery and in turn ensure the success of your team department
- Previous experience of working in the same or similar role
- Develop, motivate and drive a high preforming team
- Understands and help develop the hotel/guest relationship
- Understands the technical aspects of the job and be commercially aware and able to deliver great sales
- Understands company processes, follows procedures and completes work in a safe and effective manner
- Have experience of a high volume, hands on, premium environment
