Customer service and Sales specialists - Full-time - Central Brighton
Red Flag Recruitment are now hiring a full-time Customer service and Sales specialists in a fast-paced, highly competitive sales environment.
Based in the heart of Brighton, you will be working in a very fun team where no days looks like the other!
Experience may be helpful but not required, as full-time training will be given.
- Experience in phone sales preferred but not required
- Ability to handle heavy call volume
- Articulate and well-spoken
- Excellent communication, professional relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and dedication a must.
- Result-driven attitude
- Placing outbound calls using in-house generated leads to contact existing and new customers
- Building relationships with customers to assess their needs, requirements, and recommend available offers.
- Clearly communicate and explain product details
- Working closely with your team to be able to move quickly along the learning curve. Our customers will then benefit from your fresh perspective.

This department has set shifts patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, consisting of shifts ranging in 11:30-8:00 pm during the week and saturdays 9:00-5:30 pm.
