Job Title: Head Pastry Chef
Establishment: 5* Luxury Hotel - Restaurant/Banqueting+Events
Average Covers: 20 lunch and 60 for dinner, 50/150 banqueting
Cuisine: Modern British/European
Brigade: 18+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Victoria (Victoria, Piccadilly, DLR, Circle and District)
Salary: 40,000k per annum
Shifts: 48 hours + overtime paid
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A passionate, driven and competent Head Pastry Chef to lead a strong team of 4 pastry chefs.
A creative Pastry Chef with a strong repertoire of a la carte desserts as well as afternoon tea and large volume banqueting.
An organised Pastry Chef that has previous experience managing a large operation pastry kitchen.
A Pastry Chef with a stable background.
A hands-on Pastry Chef with strong kitchen management and BOH operational skills.
