We are a small, rural and friendly residential service for adults with learning disabilities who require flexible, imaginative, sensible, creative, caring and empowering people.  A car driver is essential due to the location of the service. 

We are a forwarding thinking service and are very involved with multimedia advocacy using iPads, Photography and Film to improve and enhance people’s lives. Barnfield is bringing support work into the 21st century; it’s fresh, new and exciting. 

This position is fixed term and is for 25-37.5 hours.  We also have Relief hours available.

What we need from you

You need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed. You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.
