BID Clifton Village – BID Manager

Part time role – Initially  between 4 and 6 days a month on a flexible basis

A fixed term contract until 31st October 2022

BID Clifton Village is recruiting a Business Improvement District Manager to deliver a multi-project Business Plan which will provide a range of exciting projects and services to over 300 businesses in the Village.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic committed person who wants to help improve the economic vibrancy of Clifton Village.

This high profile and challenging post will suit someone with a real passion for making things happen, developing, juggling and delivering a variety of projects & services, managing within a budget, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and making sure that successes are widely promoted and understood. A high level of interpersonal and communication, tact and diplomacy and project management skills are required. Experience in marketing and promotional activities will be an advantage.  

Key to your success will be your ability to involve local people and companies at every level, and your talent for inspiring and motivating others. Working for BID Clifton Village you will be responsible for ensuring we offer high quality services and exciting events, promote local businesses, improve commercial viability and increase footfall.

The successful candidate will need to develop innovative project ideas, identify new potential partners and secure additional funding to further enhance the BID’s activities. The post will be demanding but varied, it is an exciting role and is not a job for the fainthearted.
