An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Guest Relations/Customer Service Manager to join The Ivy Collection.

As Guest Relations/Customer Service Manager you will be responsible the building a consistent approach in the management guest feedback, ensuring all feedback received through various channels are dealt with in professional and efficient manner. You will need to manage, measure and optimise our on-line reviews via our online feedback tool, giving feedback to the operations on consistent themes.

Who you are?
We are looking for a self-starter who can manage a varied workload and isn’t scared of getting stuck in.
• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality, not necessarily 5Star but somewhere known for its service and style.
• You are proactive and enthusiastic.
• Exceptional organisational, planning and prioritising skills.
• A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive.
