WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: London's restaurant of the year 2012
Average Covers: 40 lunch and 80+ for dinner
Cuisine: British/Seafood
Brigade: 16+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Central London (Piccadilly or Bakerloo Lines)
Salary: 30,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week over 5 days
Last orders: 11:00pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

  • A confident Chef de Partie with previous experience working within in similar role and position.

  • A passionate chef who is looking to develop their skills on all sections.

  • A chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.

  • A competent Chef de Partie with previous experience cooking British/Seafood cuisine would be desirable.

  • Someone who can lead junior members through a busy service.

  • Qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Someone who can work well under pressure
