SOUS CHEF - INTERNATIONALLY BRANDED 1AA ROSETTE HOTEL MARLOW
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef for the 4 Star One AA rosette Crowne Plaza Marlow or .
The Hotel with a magnificent lakeside location, has 168 spacious bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 8 meeting rooms for up to 400 in the largest Winterlake suite, extensive Quad Wellness & Spa facilities and a multi-outlet food and beverage operation which includes the Glaze One Rosette restaurant and the Agua Bar & Lounge.
You will be required to proactively support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to manage a brigade of 12 chefs and 6 stewards (no agency staff)
This position will require the Sous Chef to assist in running service and ensuring all HACCP & COSHH procedures are followed to the highest of standards to maintain the 5 star EHO rating.
Candidates with a stable employment background and previous experience working in AA rosette kitchens will be preferred.
You must also be capable of maintaining the accolades and consistency within this multi million pound food operation in the kitchen, with the objective of attaining 2 AA rosettes.
Straight shifts only over 5 days per week - No splits
