Conference & Events Operations Manager - Marlow
We are seeking an experienced CONFERENCE & EVENTS OPERATIONS MANAGER for our exceptional Crowne Plaza Marlow.
The Hotel with a magnificent lakeside location, has 168 spacious bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 10 meeting rooms for up to 400 in the largest Winterlake suite, extensive Quad Wellness & Spa facilities and a multi-outlet food and beverage operation which includes the Glaze One AA Rosette restaurant and a busy Agua Bar & Lounge with resident pianist
We are looking for an experienced Conference & Events Operations Manager with responsibility for all aspects of the hotel’s busy conference & events business.
You will be responsible for the overall execution of all the events business at the hotel and to supervise the conference team and to ensure that you liaise with all conference and events organisers.
You will need to ensure strong standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for any additional and final billing to the events paymasters.
Ideal candidates should have strong experience in a similar position, ideally in a branded full service hotel, and have sound administrative, communication and computing skills.
Previous experience in Micros Fidelio Opera and Delphi will be a definite advantage.
You should have an outgoing personality and attention to detail.
Successful candidates should ideally have a solid hotel operational background, preferably in a branded Hotel environment, with a passion to succeed.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted
There is a possibility of single live in accommodation in a beautiful new flat within 5 minutes’ walking distance of the hotel – salary will be adjusted
