We are currently seeking a Front of House Receptionist.

The Academy Hotel is an elegant 50-room hotel in Bloomsbury, London. Made up of five properties, this restored Georgian building keeps in touch with the past but with a twist of modern luxury. Comfortable rooms and fine interiors allow for a space of calm from busy London — but the location means you’re close enough to access the best West End attractions a short walk from UCL London, the British Museum and within easy reach of Regent’s Park.

With both a challenging and exciting environment our hotel teams require business skills, operational experience and above all the ability to work together as a motivated team as we serve our guests and colleagues.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced, well presented Receptionist to join our friendly team on a full time basis. We are looking for a passionate and friendly receptionist who will offer exceptional customer service to both our clients and colleagues.

The successful applicant will have the following:

At least 12 months experience in a similar position.

A good understanding of English is essential and other languages are an advantage.

Good grooming standards

A can-do attitude and a good team player.

Flexible, proactive and willing to take on new challenges

The current position is available for immediate start.

Full training will be given and a knowledge of Opera Cloud would be an advantage.
