Proud cabaret, club and restaurant group looking for a Group Head Chef to work alongside the owners and Group Operation Manager, whilst overseeing all restaurants with the restaurants Head Chefs.
As a Group Head Chef, you will be based at our flagship new venue ( 350 capacity ) at Waterloo Bridge will be responsible for managing and developing the kitchen teams, creating with other stakeholders and menus and controlling the costs and stock on all sites. Recruitment, setting up systems, menu design and planning with the owners plus all financials and costings. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as ensuring all health and safety issues, which include COSHH and HACCP procedures, are maintained in the kitchens.
We are looking for a Group Head Chef with previous multiple site experience in a similar role or someone looking to take her/his career to the next level. Ideally within the branded restaurant sector. High profile and stable background within leading London operation. An hands on and a natural leader. Knowledge of the London market, suppliers etc. Proven trainer with the ability to cost and implement new menus and procedures. Previous exposure in healthy, vegan and pan-asian Cuisine would be a plus.
