We change our menu daily focusing on the freshest, well-sourced ingredients we can get our hands on, butcher our own meat on site, bake our own bread, make ice cream, in fact we make everything that goes on our menu.
Head Chef Micheal Chan is looking for experienced Junior sous chef or Senior chef de partie who can manage a section, independently and within a team, and bring their passion for great food to our team.

-Speak Fluent English
-Have at least two years experience within a quality restaurant.
