With accountability for key back of house areas you’ll demonstrate confidence in managing stock controls and food margins, plus a keen eye for detail when it comes to serving up great service, standards and memories to our guests. You’ll have the passion and ability to lead and develop team members, playing a pivotal part of the management team ensuring the successful daily running of the site.
