Meatailer Ltd is the company behind the innovative MEATliquor restaurants, and operates mainly in the south-east of the UK with its base in central London. The original MEATliquor site was established on the 11th November 2011 underneath a carpark near Oxford Street, and over the past 6+ years we have continued to push boundaries with our choice of locations, our restaurant design and our unique food offerings.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to support the senior leadership at Meatailer Ltd in the role of Media & Marketing Coordinator. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the coming year, including new site openings
  • Researching and designing marketing ideas to drive trade
  • Generating new ideas for social media content, partnerships, directions and tone
  • Working with the site managers to implement new ideas and develop new avenues of business
  • Liaising with our PR company and other brands to raise the profile of Meatailer Ltd

About you:

The ideal candidate will be proactive and hands-on, with a real passion for working within the hospitality industry. Other qualities and desirable attributes will include:

  • Previous experience in a media/marketing role
  • Being London based, but able and willing to travel to outside London locations, as and when the role requires (expenses covered)
  • Being able to create and manage own workload proactively and effectively, and be comfortable reporting back on weekly achievements
  • Project management skills- planning and implementation, but also completion, analysing results and feeding them back to senior management
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry- desirable but not essential
  • Up to date IT skills – familiar and experienced in all Microsoft products.
  • Up to date social media skills, with knowledge and competency in all platforms
  • Having a naturally positive disposition, and using it to represent the company both internally and externally
