Driver Hire currently have a vacancy within their office at South Gyle, Edinburgh for a Recruitment Administrator. 

This will be a support role, assisting the team of consultants within the branch. You will be tasked with duties such as:

- general office admin
- filing
- printing
- meet and greet at reception
- online job posting
- cv screening
- telephone interviews
- managing recruitment diary
- driver/operative face to face interviews
- reference checking


Full training will be provided covering driving licences, transport industry and recruitment procedures.

This position is specifically for the West Lothian division of the office, so helping to source and find candidates looking for work in this area.  A working knowledge of West Lothian towns/villages would be helpful but not essential.

Being a confident, bubbly, people person is key to this role. You will be dealing with people over the phone and in person on a daily basis.  The office is fast paced, where no two days are ever the same, but pride ourselves in having fun while we work! 

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0900-1700.
