Chef de Partie - Expanding Brand/Progression Opportunities
Bone Daddies is a fast-growing group of successful restaurants across London. We are not a chain but a group of related restaurants and we run them under different concepts to deliver different experiences; each having their own individual specialties – from our Bone Daddies’ ramen to Flesh&Buns’ sushi & steamed buns and Shackfuyu’s Bento Boxes & Kinako French toast.
Due to employee growth and development within the business, we are now on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join the Flesh & Buns team in Covent.
The ideal person will have at least 1-year experience in a high-volume, fresh-food kitchen.
You will work well as part of a team as well as in your own capacity and have an eye for detail. You do not need experience with Japanese cuisine, however, a willingness to learn is essential.
In Return you will receive:
- Competitive hourly rate (£9.00 - £10.00 depending on experience)
