My client has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Junior Designer to join a well established creative team, helping to take national and regional brands to the next level. Under the direction of the Head of Web and Creative Director you'll be working closely with an inhouse web development team, and will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the visual identity of the agency's clients and their brands.

What you will be doing
The junior Designer will be responsible for the support of design creation that will work across multiple channels and devices including, mobile and desktop sites, email, social media, infographics and interactive content, ensuring that the user experience is consistent and using the latest digital design techniques.
You will provide support for branding and marketing campaigns.
You will be passionate about digital design and be expected to keep your design and technology skills up to date. You will be supportive to the rest of the team and willing to adapt your workflow and tasks in order to deliver to the highest possible standards and meet deadlines.
This is a fast paced environment and you be expected to think on your feet and quickly adapt to any client or project changes.

What my client is looking for
Some design experience - this could be from an internship, or perhaps from your first role, and now looking for your next step - a portfolio would be welcomed.

Ideally proficient in:
*Typesetting & Design Layout
*Adobe CC Creative
*Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and deliver to tight deadlines
*Excellent communication skills

Norwich based role, with some regular travel to their London office available.
