They are proud to say around 90% of their produce is sourced from within the County of Shropshire. There are also modernised, oak beamed en-suite rooms to give you the full experience of a relaxing country getaway.

A competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum - depending on experience

Senior Chef de Partie/Pastry Chef – £19,000 - £21,000 pa
Chef de Partie - £18,000 pa
