We are looking for a friendly, organised and experienced bookkeeper to join our passionate team to work full time (Mon-Fri) from our office in central London.
You must be capable of working under pressure, with good attention to detail.
Retail experience would be ideal but is not essential.
The successful candidate will have at least three years’ bookkeeping experience, proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and a working knowledge of SAGE or equivalent payroll software.
You will be responsible for:
• General bookkeeping and data entry
• Balance sheet reconciliation including bank/card/cash reconciliation
• Monthly payroll
• Creditor payments and control
• Managing various currency accounts
• Accruals/Prepayments adjustments
• Job costing/profitability
• Monthly management reports
• VAT returns
