Set in the heart of fabulous Cheshire countryside with an abundance of fresh produce right on your door step. This is real cooking with absolutely no shortcuts. And a chance to own a stake in this fabulous business. Sounds like the dream job right?
The owners veteran restaurateurs have spent a lifetime in the field of good food and their names have become synonymous with quality - during which time they have won many awards and catered for two Presidents. Alas after nearly 50 years behind the stove its now time for them to take a back seat and let the next generation drive the business forward.
Therefore we are looking for an exceptional and truly ambitious head chef with passion and experience of really excellent cooking (ideally classically French trained) a strong leader who can inspire and motivate. Someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about french cooking and wants to progress to the next level in their career as a business partner.

£40k salary. Five lunches and four dinners. Closed Sunday evenings and Mondays and Tuesdays. Accommodation and relocation if required.
