Chef de Partie
You’ll have two to three year’s experience with the ability to hold a section, enthusiastic and eager to learn more
• An Excellent team player
• Have a Stable CV working with fresh ingredients
• Understand what great service is and know how to deliver each and every day.
You’ll already be a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous; enthusiastic and ready to help Nathan our Head Chef create our seasonal menus.
• A strong individual with the skills set and experience to assist running the kitchen
Successful applicants can look forward to being welcomed into a supportive and sociable team. You’ll work hard but benefit from an enviable rota - open Monday to Saturday and always closed Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Years.
