Required for busy independent hotel and 80 Steakhouse Restaurant. Successful applicant should have a solid background within the hospitality industry with particular experience in restaurant and must also be prepared to work 'hands on' within the hotel. Enthusiasm commitment and self-motivation essential.

Main Duties include:- Maintaining Food Hygiene,Health & Safety, Licensing, Fire & staff training records Working in & overseeing restaurant during food service Overseeing all types of functions Ensuring Front of House routines & standards are maintained Taking charge hotel in any absence of owner Generally ensuring the day to day smooth running of the hotel Contributing to the advancement of business Carrying out additional duties as required Personal Licence helpful
The Salary will be based on experience within the Hospitiality Trade
