PA / Office Administrator

Trusted Law is a fast growing company, currently specialising in Will Writing, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate.  We are now looking for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills to join our team, based at our office in West Norwich (near UEA).

As a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Organising and maintaining diaries, and making appointments
  • Producing documents, reports, letters, emails
  • Updating computer based systems such as data management (CRM), time recording, document software
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and other team members
  • General office support, including preparing files, filing, printing, stationary ordering

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, a pro-active approach, strong IT skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. 

You will work closely with the company owner to help to develop processes and systems and support them as the company grows.

We are offering an initial 10 hours per week but would expect this to increase to 20 hours per week for the right candidate. 

We are happy to be flexible with the days or hours worked and this can be discussed at interview – this role could suit someone who needs to work around school hours.

The closing date for this job is Friday 23rd February 2018 and interviews will be held the week commencing 5th March 2018.
