Key responsibilities:

Candidates should have the ability to carry out multiple tasks whilst managing incoming calls efficiently and effectively in a professional manner.

You will be monitoring the welfare of personnel onsite, dispatching our response officers to deal with alarm activations and liaising with our clients via email/telephone and generating systems reports. You will be responsible for ensure all shifts are fully manned and maintaining a pool of relief staff to cover sickness and holidays.

Understand and monitor the security vetting processes in line with BS:7858, as part of the onboarding process.

Successfully source, interview and forward new operatives across the portfolio as required.

Job Role:

We require someone who is available to work 5 shifts per week 07:00-19:00 day and Bank Holidays.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a fast learner with the ability to pick up various computer systems quickly

Have good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to handle calls from a diverse group of clients and to quickly provide support and assistance
Be reliable, flexible, organised and have good time management

Possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar environment although not essential

Have a strong work ethic

Ability to work on your own as well as a team

SIA Licence preferred although training can be given to achieve these qualifications

Ability to complete weekly and monthly KPI reports via the MS Office systems
