We are an independent agency looking to expand our team and appoint an experienced, motivated Senior Negotiator to embrace the sales and letting opportunities available. This role is exciting and varied, requiring you to work under pressure whilst remaining enthusiastic and professional at all times. You will be dealing with a variety of people and are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Parts of your day will be out of the office escorting buyers or tenants to view properties, carrying out appraisals, negotiating the sale or let and then managing the process where you must remain in regular contact with vendors, landlords, solicitors or tenants. These daily responsibilities require a personable, proactive individual with strong communication and multi-tasking skills. Ideally, the candidate will also have the desire, confidence and ability to progress to the responsibilities of a Managerial role.

The role will suit an hard-working individual, with a confident manner over the phone and who is able to build rapports quickly. This is an exciting role because you will have the opportunity to work within both sales and lettings.

MAIN DUTIES:

-Qualifying & responding to all leads. Arrange & manage viewings by telephone.

-Confidently handle negotiations & offers between landlord/tenant or vendor/purchaser.

-Achieve monthly targets.

-Calling leads to generate market appraisals and viewings

-Keep accurate files notes, handle queries & consistently update database relating to the whole property process using Acquaint CRM.

-Update window details, upload details, target letter drops to key areas & other related marketing

-Valuing properties for sales and lettings and converting valuations into listings

-Registering applicants for sales and lettings

-Matching requirements with available properties and sourcing new properties

-Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion

-Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues

-Canvassing and marketing to achieve new business

-Seeking out clients in order to generate leads and promote the company’s services to develop new and existing business opportunities

-Building relationships with investors and 3rd party distributors with the aim of securing new business partnerships to close property / real estate investment deals in UK

-Managing new and existing client relationships

-Liaising with potential new clients, tenants and landlords - handling incoming queries

-Ensuring that targets are achieved on a monthly basis

-Composing correspondence

-Conducting viewings

-Negotiating offers

-Dealing with enquires promptly

REQUIREMENTS:

-Previous experience in estate agency & be target driven.

-Strong work ethic with ability to multitask & work without supervision.

-Confident telephone manner & computer literate.

-Ability to negotiate & problem solve whilst delivering customer service excellence.

-Clear, concise verbal & written communication skills with accuracy & attention to detail.

-Full UK driving licence.

-Preferably knowledge of the local area (Ealing Acton, Shepherds Bush).

-A minimum of 1- 2 years industry experience in either sales or lettings

-A minimum of 12 months sales valuation experience

-Your own car fit for business purposes - but can be negotiable for the right candidate

-A professional approach to your work and a presentable appearance

-Direct and/or B2B / Channel Sales experience

-A self-starter with plenty of drive and ambition

-An engaging presenter

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-A good eye for detail and strong organizational skills

-Good commercial acumen and analytical skills

-Able to work calmly under pressure and within a dynamic team

-Strong work ethic and able to work with integrity

-Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)

-Excellent interpersonal skills

-Proven track record of achieving targets

-Positive and polite manner

-Target oriented attitude

-Self-motivated and career-minded

BENEFITS Salary/Package:

-£18-23k basic (depending on experience). OTE £45,000-60,000

-Further financial incentives available

-Hours 9am - 7pm (Mon - Thu), 9am - 6pm (Fri), 9.30am- 2pm (Sat). 5 days
