Our client is a highly successful mortgage broker that is currently servicing the UK.
Their aim is to assist their clients in achieving their dreams of purchasing their second loan. Our client prides themselves on being able to assess and evaluate the most appropriate loan for their customers’ needs and circumstances.
The team have a diverse background and skill base and undertake regular training to keep up-to-date with the variety of loan products and changes that become available.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in sales, telemarketing or administration in sales department
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Clear and pleasant telephone manner
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficient in the use of the Internet
- Ability to take detailed and accurate notes and messages
- Ability and initiative to get things done
