Looking4Parking has an exciting opportunity for a EU Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Leeds. You will be on a full time permanent basis and receive a competitive salary of £16,000 - £18,000 pro rata.

We specialise in airport parking reservations nationally and globally, with over 1000 car parks available for sale across 34 countries in 12 languages and we are now considered the international market leader for consolidation services within the airport parking sector.

The primary role is to offer our clients an efficient, expert opinion, whilst booking products through our ecommerce websites and sales channels. You will also be taking incoming calls and the ideal candidate will need to be able to convert enquiries into bookings and offer the correct advice on the industry. 

Key responsibilities of our EU Customer Service Advisor;

- Dealing with inbound and outbound customer service contact via e-mail, phone and live chat tool
- Taking bookings for customers airport parking orders
- Assisting customers with enquiries and bookings
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Assisting with general information such as locations, airport details, etc
- General administration tasks in relation to Customer Service bookings

Key skills, experience & qualifications required of our EU Customer Service Advisor;

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fluent or excellent Spanish and/or German language skills
- Attention to details, accuracy, and systems orientation
- Organisation and administration skills
- Microsoft Excel and Word Processing skills
- Social Media skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong team ethic
- Self-motivated and able to work on own accord
