As our Sales Support Administrator you will work with the Sales MI team to help develop, maintain and communicate appropriate reporting in line with the strategies of the distribution management team.

Responsibilities as our Sales Support Administrator include:

- General support to the MI team and the wider distribution channel where appropriate

- Understanding data in reports and manage distribution and queries

- Supporting the distribution of new leads and opportunities to the wider sales team

- Making agency allocation recommendations fairly and in line with business rules

- Working with some large data sets which require accurate cross-referencing from multi-sources

- Collating, investigating, publishing and communicating sales results to distribution management

- Data submissions to third-party data providers

- Provide a point of contact between UK and South Africa linking them to other departments

- Identifying anomalies and data issues and assisting with solutions

- Assist with the creation of presentations

- Ad hoc sales requests/projects

To become our Sales Support Administrator, you will have the below skills and experience:

Essential

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) in a corporate environment

- Highly organised

- Able to work as part of a team

- Self motivated

- Enthusiasm and positive attitude to work

- Effective verbal and written communicator

- Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

- Ability to tactfully deal with business-sensitive information

- Great attention to detail

- Enthusiasm to take ownership of projects or key tasks

- Inquisitive approach to reporting – always seek to improve

- Professional manner and desire to learn

Desirable

- Experience working with databases and large data sets

- Familiar with reporting tools

- Proven experience in a similar support/administration role
