We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our dedicated team based in Birkenshaw. This is a part time role on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As a Payroll Administrator, your job will give you some fantastic opportunities to work across different sectors, with a variety of people at all levels of seniority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using Sage 50 and in the near future using ADP, you will process Monthly end to end payroll for 650 employees across multiple pay companies.
  • Create payroll reports to meet the internal and statutory requirements.
  • Complete the reconciliation and payment of payroll and be first line contact for any payroll enquiries.

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have previous experience of Sage 50 payroll and up to date current legislation.


Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of ADP.
  • CIPP membership.
