Street Fundraising Manager - Guide Dogs for the Blind

Inspired People as the agency working for Guide Dogs are looking for an experienced Street Fundraising Manager to manage and deliver the in-house face to face Street programme. The Sponsor a Puppy (SAP) Street campaign fundraises in multiple regions across the UK and prides itself on having the highest standards in quality, compliance, staff investment and development.
The Street Fundraising Manager will be responsible for:
- Representing and upholding the Guide Dogs brand by maintaining some of the highest standards of compliance in the sector.
- Ensuring that agreed budgets are monitored and adhered to.
- Ensure recommendations are made to improve on fundraising quality and lifetime value for Guide Dogs
- The day to day management of the street fundraising staff.
- Managing relationships with external suppliers.
- Representing the programme within the fundraising department at a senior level.
The successful applicant will empathize with the charity and its mission, have experience of campaign management, be able to manage and coordinate teams of fundraisers. She/he will focus on maximizing the value of street fundraising through careful expenditure and income management.

Initially working through Inspired People you will be managing fundraising staff for Guide Dogs Sponsor a Puppy Campaign. This campaign generates essential income for the charity through regular direct debit payments from the public. You will also be able to provide information to potential donors on the charity and how their money will help.

This position is open to people who are 18 and over.
Basic £31,200-36,400 Per Annum (£36,400-£42,400 OTE)
Full time hours – 40 hours/week,
Monday - Friday 10am-6pm.
