Head Chef and Pasta Chef
We are looking for a Head Chef who would be responsible for all food production, menu development and food purchase, as well as staff supervision and maintaining the highest food quality and hygiene standards.
Your duties would include:
-Cooking and directly supervising other chefs and cooks
-Coordinating chefs, cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure economical and correct food preparation
-Ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times and records are kept up to date
-Ensuring proper staffing, maximum productivity and exceptional quality standards
-Controlling food and wage costs
We are also looking for an experienced Pasta Chef who thrives in a fast paced environment.
