Sales Consultant- Brighton
Red Flag Recruitment are now seeking a new Sales Advisor in central Brighton.
We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to engage with our customers and serve as a primary contact and first impression. As one of our Sales Advisors you will provide an excellent customer service and be in relationship with potential new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for an exceptional and efficient processing of customers calls.
You will skilfully uncover the customer needs and identify the best solution. You will bring customers closer to the company with enthusiasm, sharing stories and demonstrations that enhance the customer experience.
Handle high volume of external outbound customer calls

Demonstrates passion, enthusiasm, drive and confidence to succeed.
Increases customer base through building customer relationships
Recommending products based on benefits
Ability to handle most customer interactions independently.

Articulate and well spoken, strong communicator.
3 weeks shift pattern 11.30am – 8pm and 1 week of 9.30am – 4pm
Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays a month.
Starting salary: £18.900 up to £21.000 + bonus
