REQUIREMENTS: 

• Previous accounts experience

• Good PC skills, in particular QUICKBOOKS Online, Excel and Outlook

• Confident written and spoken grammatically correct English

• Efficient and well organised 

• Ability to use own initiative 

• Have high attention to detail

• Able to Plan and Prioritise 

• Must have the right to work in the U.K 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Raising invoices/credit notes

• Prepare weekly pay run 

• Supplier statement reconciliation 

• Processing supplier invoices

• Filing/scanning of invoices and other documents accordingly

• Issuing monthly statements to clients

• Chasing clients for late/overdue payments 

• Dealing with supplier/client queries 

• Updating spreadsheets

• Accruals

 

HOURS: 

9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday-Friday (Only two to three days a week required. Can be flexible on which days)

Half hour lunch break.
