An experienced Chef de Partie looking for their first Junior Sous role is sought by this charming restaurant and inn. The restaurant has 1 rosette and is pushing for their second, the menu uses only the best, fresh local produce for seasonally changing menu and innovative specials. Based on the Devon/Dorset border the restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation with locals and visitors.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, seasonal foods and provenance, delivering exceptional, inspired dishes and menu selections. With experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, you will have outstanding culinary skills, creative flair as well as exemplary attention to detail.
