My client based in Sloane Square is a leading 1* Michelin star restaurant where the team is headed up by one of the brightest and most talented Head Chefs in the UK.
The restaurant received several awards, and now working towards their 2nd Michelin star award, everything is prepared from fresh and they have their own vegetable and herbs garden as well.
Due to their popularity and success they are now looking to recruit a Pastry Chef de Partie.
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie must have fine dining and / or Michelin experience, and will work with a Pastry Head Chef and a Baker.
The Pastry Chef de Partie will receive a basic salary of £26,000 per year, work Monday to Friday and the restaurant is opened only for dinner from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, immediate start
