Contract: 8 to 10 Months - Maternity Cover
Rate: Negotiable Dependant on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Helpdesk administrator to work with a UK wide housing association to work closely with the contracts manager, assisting in the development of strategy and delivery of the Associations Energy Strategy and Energy Efficiency for Social Housing programme whilst contributing the delivery of a comprehensive asset management plan.


Main Duties:
*Supervise contracts ensuring works meet contractual obligations, quality standards, cost targets and clients expectations.
*Undertake robust contract management of capital and revenue work programmes, monitoring time, cost and quality.
*Develop working relationships with internal and external Stakeholders in addressing customer complaints and enquiries in relation to contractor performance.
*Supervise contracts ensuring works meet contractual obligations, quality standards, cost targets, value for money criteria and clients expectations.
*Prepare regular contract/supplier performance reports for management team
*Carry out evaluation reports on the assessment of energy saving measures installed in the Associations property with a particular focus on preparing, managing and reporting on the Associations EESSH compliance status.
*Manage on-site Health and Safety and keep up-to-date with H&S regulation.


Essential Requirements:

*Posses or be working towards a minimum of HND level qualification in a Property or Energy based discipline.
*Working knowledge of energy solutions and renewable technologies
*Working knowledge of National and Local Government energy initiatives in particular relating to EESSH and associated policies
*Strong IT skill in particular database management and manipulation with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel
*Ability to prepare work specification / cost analysis
*Construction related Health & Safety awareness.
