Full time Office Manager & PA role

Full time Office Manager & PA role supporting a Head Office for a small group of Montessori Nurseries based in East Grinstead. The best candidate will be highly organised and efficient, adaptable and a great multi tasker.

 Your main duties will include liaising with clients (phone and email), managing the office, basic bookkeeping (including invoicing and credit control) and general admin duties as well as PA duties to the Directors.

Skills Required:

At least 3 year’s experience of office management
Strong organisation, efficiency and accuracy

The ability to follow and maintain processes
Flexibility and the ability to juggle priorities in a sometimes fast paced environment

Professional, polite and approachable manner

Some basic book keeping experience

Good relationship and communication skills
An eye for detail

Trustworthiness

Good command of written English and above average touch typing skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook

Good understanding of technology and quick to learn new software

Experience using Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping package would a bonus


You will also have a positive and professional attitude, have good planning skills and be a great starter & finisher.

Package will depend upon your experience and skills, but will range between £21,000 and £25,000. Hours will be 9.00 – 5.30 Monday – Friday (30 min break).

You will need your own car and a drivers licence for occasional local travel (mileage paid).
