Sous Chef - Employee Dining - London BridgeHigh Quality Fresh Staff Dining - Mainly Mon-Fri£25,500 basic per annum + Amazing Paid Overtime I am currently looking for a strong Sous Chef to join my client's brigade in the London area.
Situated within the Staff Dining Function of this Global Law Firm, this is a great opportunity for a passionate Sous Chef looking to progress in the world of Fine Dining Contract Catering. Working in a brigade of 5, overseen by a fantastic and passionate Head Chef. This kitchen, situated in the lobby of this fantastic building, is the focal point of the Staff Dining offering with a fantastic layout including a theatre bar, deli bar, grab & go amongst the offering.
The ideal candidate will have previous Sous Chef or higher experience in a Contract Catering environment and should be happy to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.Experience required:Previous experience in a Sous Chef role in a Contract Catering Staff Dining Environment
A passion for high quality produce
Flexibility is required as due to the nature of this role evening work is required
