An opportunity to work for an established estate agency based in NW6:
We are looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to help manage a portfolio of properties and assist the lettings team.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including the following:-
* General office administration including taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails.
* Meet and greet clients
* Completing tenant referencing checks
* Preparation of documentation including renewing tenancy agreements
* Completion of interim inspections, property inventories and checkout inspections.
* Organise maintenance and repairs
* Deal with contractors on a daily basis
The succesful candidate must have:
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Computer Literate
* The ability to work under pressure
* Excellent customer service skills
