SiteMasters is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join us at our Central London office to continue the success of our well established business.

Following an exceptionally successful 2017, we are looking to expand our team in our London Bridge office, right next to buzzing Borough Market!

We operate a fairly relaxed culture and wish to add an experienced manager with a solid work ethic to build and expand our successful team.

YOUR ROLE

Whilst working alongside an experienced board of directors you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the office. The role is hands on and fast moving. Your core responsibility will be to maximise income and profit from a range of services. You will set office and individual targets plus manage the development of the team to enable them to fulfil their potential. You will take responsibility for hiring and training new recruitment sales staff and ensure the business is compliant with current legislation.

THE PERSON WE WANT
You will have a minimum of three years experience of running a recruitment agency as a manager or deputy manager, all sectors will be considered however construction is preferred. You will be a self starter and hard working, focused and highly motivated person with the ability to inspire and motivate the team. You will have the ability to build rapport and have excellent relationship building skills. You must be service orientated and procedure driven, You will have recruitment in your blood. You must be a target driven professional with hunger to succeed in a competitive market.

YOUR PACKAGE
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and bespoke for the right person, plus you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and bonus + pension.
