Purchase Order Processor/Administrator

Salary circa 15-18k dependent on skills and experience

Full time Mon-Fri 8.30 am – 5pm

Salford, Manchester M5

Job Description:

We now have an exciting opportunity for someone to come and work within a small team with full- time permanent employment. Our office is well located for public transport both buses and trams.

Essential Skills:

·Excel, word and Outlook

·Confident on the telephone

·Good organisations skills

·Sage experience a significant advantage

Experience Required:

·Previous experience of stock control or purchasing experience (preferred but not essential)

Your Duties will involve:

·Responsible for replenishing stock for our branches

·Place Purchase Orders using SAGE

·Chase outstanding Purchase orders communicating any lead times with our branches, including shortages

·Filing of purchase orders

·Answering inbound calls

·External Phone calls to suppliers to chase PO’s

·Dealing with email queries

·Data analysis, importing data
