Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Go the extra mile for customers.
Ensure accurate records are kept
Completing returns paperwork
Invoicing and preparing quotes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience in dealing with customers over the telephone with an excellent, confident telephone manner
Previous customer service experience essential
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
IT Literate with an good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Sage and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail
Team worker with a flexible approach to work and the ability to work independently when required
Experience within the motor industry desirable
All other duties as and when requested to do so
