Head Chef/experienced sous chef with immediate start
We require an experienced head chef to lead our team in our successful pub/restaurant business which is a successful and busy wedding venue. We are looking for someone who has a proven history running a kitchen which is in a food-led business working with fresh local produce with regularly changing menus. Your responsibilities will include running shifts, organising management of the kitchen including staff and staff training, paperwork and health and safety, and ordering. We will consider an experienced sous chef who is looking to forward their career. Salary dependent on experience. Accommodation available to the right candidate.
